We provide a wide variety of delicious meals and snacks which are calorie and portion controlled as well as being nutritionally balanced. Over the weekend you will be responsible for your own meals, allowing you the opportunity to practice new healthy habits while still being able to eat out and enjoy social occasions.

The Works - $2,595.00 : Time-poor and in need of a lifestyle overhaul? Let Eat Fit Food look after ALL of your meals and snacks throughout the working week so you can focus your time and attention on where it’s needed most. This fully inclusive set menu program is designed to help you re-establish healthier eating habits, better understand and manage portion control as well as promote weight-loss and lean muscle development.

The Flexi - $1,895.00 : We take care of your lunches and dinners throughout the working week, allowing you the freedom to prepare your own breakfasts and snacks under the guidance of our in-house dietitian. With access to our exclusive recipe e-book you’ll never be short on inspiration or ideas. This program is designed to promote consistent eating habits and educate you on the importance of portion control whilst supporting weight-loss and lean muscle development.

Jaime Rose Chambers

APD (B.Nutr&Diet)

Jaime Rose Chambers is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist. Jaime completed a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics at the University of Newcastle in 2008 and is currently completing a Masters of Clinical Medicine for complementary therapies. Jaime has had a lifelong passion for food, cooking and recipe creation so when tossing up whether to become a chef or a Doctor, Jaime decided to combine the two and now as a Dietitian, treats her patient’s medical conditions with evidence-based, nutrition and lifestyle strategies. 2 x 30 minute face to face consultations, 1 at the beginning and 1 at the end of the program. Consultation covers:

  • Goals; short term and long term
  • Medical history
  • Barriers to achieving goals and strategies to work through them
  • Recommendations for supplements, if necessary
  • Stress levels
  • A plan for after the program
  • Comprehensive measurements

Kathy Hillman

Personal Trainer & Health Coach

Kathy has 18 years experience as a personal trainer. After joining a small gym in Coogee in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, straight out of high school in 1998, she completed her traineeship in Sports Conditioning Personal Training and never looked back.

Kathy completed her Certificate IV in Fitness from the Fitness Institute of Australia and began one-on-one and small group training. Kathy prides herself on her dedication and experience with personalised fitness-matching, a far cry from the increasingly common "big gym chain" culture. 1 x 30 minute face to face consultation before the program begins. Consultation covers:

  • Goals assessment
  • Work out the best training schedule to fit in with your lifestyle & goals
  • Cover off any current injuries and/or health concerns
  • A movement patterns analysis
  • Muscle length/tension tests, prescribe key stretches & mobilisations
  • Provide base [default] exercises for weeks 1-4
  • Answer any questions
