ü a low kilojoule 8 week healthy eating plan
ü consultations with a Dietitian
Research has shown that diets don’t work, and ultimately promote weight gain and self dissatisfaction therefore EAT FIT FOOD does not promote dieting or unsustainable weight loss. Research shows that if weight loss is slow, and a result of regular exercise, a lower energy nutritious diet and counselling for behaviour change there are better long term outcomes than people who ‘diet’.
A key to successful weight loss is preparation and organisation. The EAT FIT FOOD weight loss program is taking some of the hard work out of weight loss by providing a delicious daily menu, consisting of 3 meals and 1 snack. If you don’t have to worry about making the right food choices, you can focus on being active.
The EAT FIT FOOD Dietitian will support clients with an initial face to face dietetic consultation, and 3 phone consultations during the program plus a follow up when the program is completed. Dietitians are specialists in nutritional counselling, motivation and behaviour change and can help you establish strategies for long term weight maintenance.
