The Healthy Eating Plan is flexible to suit your lifestyle. The basic requirement is 2 or more meals per day, a minimum of 4 days per week.  

From Monday to Saturday, you can select from breakfast, snacks, lunch and/or dinner. Vegetarian meals are also available. Menu options change seasonally to optimise the use of fresh and local produce.

For larger appetites and energy requirements, a protein plus option is available. This meal will contain a larger serve of protein rich food.  All meals are designed in consultation with a chef and a dietitian to ensure best nutrition and flavour.
