EAT FIT FOOD meals arrive fresh on your doorstep daily in an insulated cooler bag. Inside the bag you will find food for the day packaged in disposable, microwave safe containers along with a menu providing heating instructions.
If you live in a private house, your food package will be placed on your front doorstep. If you live in an apartment building with security access we will require a building entrance key .The food package will be left in front of your apartment door.
When you wake in the morning your Eat Fit Food nutritionally balanced meals will be sitting right on your front doorstep. Can you think of a better way to start your day?
The Eat Fit Food menu includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, and is available 6 days per week (Monday – Saturday).
It is easy to set up and if you go on holidays or out of town the meals can be suspended (with 72 hours notice prior to delivery). Meals can be adjusted to accommodate most dietary preferences.
