All Eat Fit Food programs must be prepaid by credit card before the first delivery. Eat Fit Food only accepts Visa & Master card. AMEX is not accepted.
Eat Fit Food appreciates that travel and changing schedules are part of life and we will make every attempt to be flexible in terms of accommodating your needs. We require 72 business hours’ notice prior to delivery to make any amendments to orders (please contact us within business hours 7:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday).
We require 3 business days’ notice (at least 72 hours) to cancel orders. Once purchased, orders are non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel/postpone your order, a credit note can be added to your file to be redeemed whenever you are ready. We simply require 72 business hours’ notice to get you restarted on your program. Please note, we must be notified within business hours for the suspension to take place. We are open Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm. Remember, Eat Fit Food meals are freshly prepared and delivered on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. After an order has been placed, your fresh fruit and vegetables, produce and other ingredients are ordered.

You can choose meals to suit your personal dietary requirements from our weekly Healthy Eating menu. If you book in for one of our set menu programs (Cleanse and Clean+Lean) you may elect to remove certain main components from the meal such as chicken, fish or shellfish. Generally Eat Fit Food cannot remove smaller ingredients from the meals such as onions, garlic, tomatoes, capsicum or herbs. If you have a severe allergy to a particular food (or anaphylaxis), then we would not recommend ordering with EFF as we are not able to accept any responsibility for any allergic reactions which you may experience.
Two business days after placing your order
You will need to supply specific delivery instructions along with a key or swipe card for access into secure buildings. You can either post or drop your key in to us at 108/100 Collins Street, Alexandria NSW 2015 or 101 Montague Street, South Melbourne 3205. Alternatively, the driver can simply collect the key from your mailbox the night before your first delivery is due. Unless otherwise specified, EFF will keep hold of your key until you request that it be returned. If security access is not possible, the EFF team will leave your package at the main entrance door of your building. For any alternative arrangements or to amend your delivery details, please contact the EFF office on 1300 30 29 30.
All meals will be delivered by 7am to your home. Alternatively you may arrange for your meals to be delivered to your office in the CBD (2000 and 3000 postcodes only) between the hours of 8.00am and 10.30am. Please note we cannot provide a specific delivery time as these vary day to day.
Your food will be delivered in a black insulated bag containing ice bricks to keep the meals cool. Meal containers can be recycled and are microwave safe, Eat Fit Food cooler bags have security tags to identify if the bag has been tampered with, please contact the office immediately if the security tag has been removed. All programs and meals are delivered on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Weekend meals are delivered on Friday morning. We do not deliver on weekends.
Please leave your empty cooler bags and ice bricks out for collection the night before your next delivery is due. If you are not receiving any further deliveries, please call us on 1300 30 29 30 to arrange collection.

Address changes cannot be placed online over the weekend or after business hours during the week.

Unfortunately, as all of our meals are prepared in bulk we are unable to remove ingredients that do not make up the main component of the dish. Please see full ingredient list above.
Each day on the Cleanse and Clean + Lean program is designed with great care to ensure all the textures and flavours are complementary, and the macronutrients balanced. Removing more than 3 ingredients will introduce unwanted repetition of ingredients into your menu.
If you would like to try a fully-inclusive program which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks, our Cleanse program is for you! Just make sure you select chicken and/or all seafood to be removed.
If you’re opting for the flexibility of our Healthy Eating menu, we have a range of vegetarian and pescatarian options available.
We don’t have a fully-inclusive program available just yet, however you will find some of the meals on our Healthy Eating menu are vegan friendly. If you are unsure, please email or phone one of your Eat Fit Food consultants.
The meals can either be heated for 2-4 minutes in the microwave within the container provided or transferred to a plate and reheated. If you do not have a microwave or prefer not to use one you may also reheat the meals on the stove or in the oven. Included in your daily EAT FIT FOOD is a menu which will provide specific heating instructions for each dish.
EAT FIT FOOD dressings and sauces are served in individual 30ml containers and can be added to the meal at your discretion. They are portion controlled, and made with heart healthy oils. Sauces and dressings should be poured over the meal either before or after heating. We do not recommend microwaving or heating the dressing/sauce container so please remove this before reheating your meal.
Some of the 5, 10 or 20 Day Cleanse dinners will contain raw/uncooked protein components which require a little oven baking or pan frying. Detailed cooking instructions will be provided on the menu inside your cooler bag. All other meals are pre-cooked and will be delivered with specific reheating instructions (usually 2-4 minutes in the microwave).
All meals have been seasoned, however, you may wish to add extra seasoning such as salt and pepper as desired.
Meals in the black plastic containers keep well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days after delivery and can also be frozen if necessary with the exception of shellfish dishes and salads which are best eaten a day or two after delivery has been made. Meals in the vacuum sealed clear packets can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days after delivery and can also be frozen.
Eat Fit Food meals should be transferred to a refrigerator immediately after delivery.
If you do not have a microwave or prefer not to use one you may also reheat meals on the stove or in the oven. Simply transfer the meal to an oven proof dish and heat. Your EAT FIT FOOD bags include a daily menu which will provide specific heating instructions for each dish.
Ideally you want to eat all EAT FIT FOOD meals and snacks that are provided as they have been formulated to give you a variety of foods that you need in order to meet your nutritional requirements each day. However in saying that, some days we're more active than others and some days we're hungrier than others so we need differing amounts of food. I would begin by making sure you have the main meals around 6 hours apart, for example breakfast at 7am, lunch at 1pm and dinner at 7pm. Then aim to have a snack around 3 hours after your main meal, this would be around 10am and 4pm. If you're simply not hungry for a snack, you don't need to have it but make sure that if you do skip a snack, it doesn't cause you to be ravenous for your next meal as this can cause us to eat too fast or overeat. It's quite normal to feel a little hungry for around the first three days when you change your diet. EAT FIT FOOD's programs are designed to be moderately calorie restricted to assist with weight loss so if this is less than what you're used to eating then you may feel hungry at times. If however you're really uncomfortably hungry and it persists then there are some tips and tricks we can assist you with to help you through those hungry times. Firstly, make sure you're well hydrated and you've drunk enough fluids, stop and take a moment to make sure you're not bored or you're wanting to eat out of habit. If you're genuinely hungry, adding in a third healthy snack can help, plus there are large meal programs available for those who generally require a higher calorie intake.
Eat meals slowly and thoughtfully until you're around 80% full. If this means that you don't get through your entire meal, that's ok. As mentioned above, some meals you're going to be hungrier than others.
Aim to drink at least 2 litres in total of water, sparkling water and herbal tea every day. Some days where you do intensive exercise, you may need more fluids than this. Water is essential for keeping cells hydrated, healthy bowel function and acting as a vehicle for removing toxins from our system. It's ok to have a coffee per day but be mindful of any added milk or sugars as these will add hundreds of extra calories to the drink. Go for a long black with a dash of milk, a macchiato or a piccolo coffee. Any other juices, coconut water, vitamin waters or smoothies will all contain unwanted extra calories so it's best to avoid them completely whilst on an EAT FIT FOOD program.
If you're pregnant or breastfeeding you have a greater nutrient requirement than women who are not so a calorie-restricted program is not appropriate. However there are other EAT FIT FOOD options that can be helpful such as the healthy eating menu or 5 or 10 meal packs where you can pick and choose main meals, which can be a wonderful help for busy women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, then you can tailor-make the remainder of your diet with snacks and other meals based on your current needs. Weight loss is very individual and whilst some people are able to lose weight quickly, others can take a little longer. Weight loss depends on so many factors such as starting weight, age, gender, medical history, genetics, hormone profile, medications, activity habits and so on. A normal, healthy weight loss that ensures fat loss as opposed to muscle or fluid loss is around ½ kg to 1kg per week. If you eat the right foods, correct portion sizes and exercise most days, then you should absolutely notice a difference in weight. EAT FIT FOOD meals are full of WHOLEFOODS (unprocessed foods), which are inherently rich in fibre (e.g. vegetables, fruit, & wholegrains). WATER is an essential companion to FIBRE. Together FIBRE & WATER nourish, cleanse & help to eliminate waste from the body. Try to drink plenty of water as you ENJOY your EAT FIT FOOD meals. Bowel habits may change in the first few days of eating EAT FIT FOOD as your gastrointestinal tract adjusts to the fibre content of the meals however in a short period of time your bowel habits should normalise.
EAT FIT FOOD's number one goal is to provide super nutritious, convenient, gourmet meals. Everyone can benefit from that! However, if you're not overweight then EAT FIT FOOD can benefit you by providing convenience in times when you're busy and don't have the time to cook or shop, it can help you to improve the nutritional quality of your diet to improve mood, energy levels, bowel function, cognition and vitality. It can also help to kick some bad old eating habits like cravings for high sugar, high salt foods or too much alcohol as well as help you to get back into a good eating routine if that has been affected.
In order to achieve the best results from EAT FIT FOOD, we advise you not to add any liquid calories (juice, sports drinks, soft drink, milky coffees, alcohol), extra meals or snacks on top of what you are provided with your EAT FIT FOOD all-inclusive program. Drink at least 8 glasses of water and herbal tea a day and avoid drinking more than 1 caffeinated beverage a day.
The recommended alcohol intake for adults = 4 ALCOHOL-FREE days per week & no more than 2 standard drinks on alcohol days.
We advise, upon your physician's or exercise physiologist's approval, to incorporate 60-90minutes of physical activity or exercise daily for weight loss & for weight maintenance, 30 minutes daily. Even a power walk is better than no exercise at all.
